Welcome Chef Agustin Sanchez

Brought on to the Management Team to continue to elevate its value proposition, the arrival of Chef Sanchez take Essex Fells CC to an entirely new culinary level.  He brings with him a high expectation of quality and service and a valued creativity. Members and guests enjoy Sunday Themed Dinners, frequently changing menus and specials, and plated food to rival any fine dining experience.  Chef Sanchez prides himself on providing an experience for all sophisticated palettes and plentiful options for varied dining needs in the privacy of a country club.  His Mexican roots, extensive training in French Cuisine, and decades of work in NYC's finest dining venues combine to deliver a superior product for brunch, lunch, dinner, or any social, party, or business function.

His late-Spring 2020 arrival has created a buzz throughout the club.  The club dining experience now matches the club's golf, family, social, and racquets amenities.  Welcome Chef Sanchez!

The Club House has venues designed to meet the needs of any dining occasion.

Dining areas on the main floor serve lunch Tuesday through Sunday and dinner Wednesday through Sunday.

The main Dining Room, overlooking the ninth green, seats 225 and is available for formal or informal dining.  This space can be expanded to accommodate special events with up to 250 attendees.

The Lounge seats 80 for dining in a relaxed casual atmosphere.

The open air Terrace, overlooking the tenth tee, seats 80 and is available for over 7 months for outside dining and parties, as weather permits.  It follows the same dining schedule as the Lounge.  The panoramic views are beautiful looking out over the entire property, adding to its popularity.

The Private Meeting Room is an ideal place for small private dinner parties and meetings. It is located next to the Wine Room and is available upon request.

The Wine Room offers members the opportunity to store their personal wines in lockers for consumption at the Club.  It is an excellent venue for small wine tastings.

The Grill Room, with a peninsula bar, is located on the lower level. It is used primarily for lunch during the week, golf breakfasts on weekends in season, and for various special events including Kids' Night, New Year's Eve Carnival, cards and games, and sporting events.

The Poolside Oasis is a fully staffed kitchen and outdoor dining patio at the Pool Complex. It is open for lunch and dinner service. It follows the same schedule as the pool and is open 7 days a week in the Summer. It also serves as a quick dining option for golfers making the turn.
